Heart & Mind Psychology offers individual and family therapy. Services can be provided to children, teens, young adults, and adults.

Your first step is simple, reach out through our contact form and you will be contacted to schedule a 15 minute meet and greet before exploring further services. We’ll discuss the next steps and answer any questions along the way.

Therapy is billed hourly at 180$ per hour.
Each hour of face to face therapy includes an additional hour services behind the scenes for research, preparation, and ensuring continuity of service.
A sliding scale is available.

I am collaborative, genuine, and creative. I am here to guide the therapeutic process as you bring ideas and issues to the table. I hope to create goals for your time with me based on your concerns and what you would like to see change throughout your journey.

Therapy sessions may be available as early as the next day after your 15-minute meet-and-greet.
Ideally new clients will be able to book their intake session in one to two weeks depending on your personal schedule and my professional availability
Same day or walk-in therapy is not available at this time.
